Mission Statement

The firm's founder, Victoria L. Dow, takes a practical approach to both transactional law and litigation.   This allows her to narrow the issues, work efficiently and negotiate effectively.  She is a strong advocate utilizing analytical skills and knowledge to negotiate, litigate and resolve conflict.

Ms. Dow is considerate of her client's concerns and will gladly discuss your matter to address any questions.  A basic premise of this practice is that the client must always be fully informed throughout the legal process. 


​Ms. Dow's experience includes litigation in Suffolk County Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County Supreme Court, Suffolk County Family Court, Riverhead Justice Court, Southold Justice Court, Southampton Justice Court, East Hampton Justice Court and Westhampton Beach Justice Court. ​

Victoria L. Dow, Esq.

Ms. Dow is a native Long Islander, residing in eastern Suffolk County for over 30 years.  A graduate of St. Joseph's College, Patchogue, with a B.A. in English,and Certificates in Criminal Justice and Applied Sociology,  she attended Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center as a Dean's Fellow.  At Touro, Ms. Dow was the Professional Articles and State Constitutional Issue Editor of Touro Law Review, and the recipient of several awards including Special Service Award; Law Review Award; American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Legal Methods II, Constitutional Law I, and Administrative Law.  Ms. Dow received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude in June 1994 and was thereafter admitted to the Connecticut State Bar and New York State Bar.
